What is the process of surrendering your soul?
Yes you say the words, how well do you mean it?
You discover just how well with the passage of time and daily living and motives and intentions and choices and chances.
How much of your soul is really the Lord's?

The process if surrendering your soul takes you along the path of letting go of the things that already have a hold of your soul, money, pain, hurt, offence, unforgiveness, world stuff.
I will simply say that you and the Holy Ghost will know when the things that once move you or held you no longer move you or hold you.
The first step in any of this is getting a relationship with the Holy Ghost.
The Spirit of God wants your obedience and your trust. This is a daily process, learning to trust that no matter what is happening, the Holy Spirit is for you. His greatest desire is for you to accomplish purpose and please their Father, that is the work of the Spirit of God in your life.
Just as the Holy Spirit can be grieved, you also can be grieved or hurt, guard your heart cos when you are grieved or hurt, it won't function right. At it's best, when it is functioning right, it is functioning in sync with Father God.
So there's some content for emotional healing that you can try. Read this and please don't pretend that your life is perfect. We know the faces/masks we wear with others, with God we should come naked, open.
We are not to be abrasive or unfeeling but open. That's the road to God using us/anyone. When we can trust Him with everything.
