Imma blog everyday for 30 days at least... #GI13

Camp is time with God...
See example below

One of the nights at Audacious 2012

More than that it is time with family and friends, it is little of work, but it is more about the word and the ministrations. There's music, dance, there's song, there is ministrations of the Spirit. As far as I am concerned, everywhere in ASCON is just holy when camp meeting is going on. It is why God goes to wait for us at camp. I have been going to camp since 2006, I think.

It is just awesome, I will say some more tomorrow
The logo for this year's camp is GREAT IMPACT.
What will the Holy Ghost do with that?
I await His mind.

#GI13
Wonder what kind of impact would be made this year?
2013 is still budding!
I am dreaming and achieving!

Me: About to enter March. Yay!

I am a total bookworm
unrepentant one at that.
I can pass anything for a really good book
I can even pass up a smart party for a good book
conclusion: I am a bookworm

the flip side is that i am a terrific writer
when i can get myself to be disciplined
I wonder what this week has for me?
I hope I can bring out all of the things in me
this week...

Here I come!

Nothing random about this sunday...

I am liking @jamiegraceh songs and her talks online.

Courtesy Wikipedia

When she is talking, my soul is at rest, I can identify with her relationship with her father. I am not that fluent with the Holy Spirit as she is, but I am going to get there.

I just need to fix my priorities and realize that no matter if I have a hundred things to do, God should be my #1. Yeah!

My family is beautiful and good. God is taking us to good places, I love what I am seeing.

I am one of those crazy people that sees further than the ordinary eye, I see like God. I can look at a thing and see the potential, what it could be, I think some people call it vision. I am like my Father, I can call out life from seeming dead situations. I can see something seeming ordinary and see what God could make of it; some folks call that Christian.

Well long and short of it all, I am a new creation in Christ Jesus and all them new things are of God, I am seeing the new things. Not worshiping like I used to but I will get there because that is the secret of my creativity, God is, i mean!

I have lain fallow for too long when I was created to brood and create great things. I am on my way somewhere good, let's see how this week goes!

Also dropping weights, this week, I will be dropping procrastination and also checking that I treat people the way God would. I want to manifest the fruit of the spirit, not one left out.

Goal of February: To be conformed to the image of Christ!

Principles, principles...

When I was in high school, I used to think that principles were do good, don't do bad
Make a habit of doing good and it is.

In college, I started learning about spiritual principles

First one off: "Seek the kingdom..."
Follow the words of Jesus, do them and live by them, like my most difficult 'loving your enemies' but not as difficult as 'praying for them who despitefully use you'. There are others like going the extra mile, just do them okay, Jesus knows what He is talking about.

Second one: "The seed principle"
Everything begins with a seed, Jesus had to die to produce us, God gave Jesus so that He could have us (if you have joined the reborn folks), whatever you will do will start as a seed, God believes in the seed principle so much He practices it, I believe in the seed principle also.

\I pick things from different places, I have a short attention span so it is not everything that I hear, I can be hearing so many things and suddenly I hear something that makes me stop and think, it catches my attention.
This day, this man was speaking and he talked about lesser truths and greater truths. He said that greater truths supersede the lesser truths and I believe it.

I am the kind of Christian who does not believe in fighting about Paul, Cephas and Apollos, I honor all men of God and I leave them to the One who sent them. Because I honor them all, I am able to learn from them and pick the hay and leave the sticks, I also am able to give them the grace that God has given me. Well he talked about greater truth. So if you have a scripture speaking something concerning any situation that you want to pray about, the sensible thing is to go for the greatest truth. Don't stop and say, O see what happened to Job, that is my portion, you should search and see what happened to Jesus or John the beloved. Don't presume to know the mind of God, search the scriptures and get that truth.

Love Day

I don't want lecture
We all know that love is to be expressed 365 days
But a chance to dress up
It is difficult for girls to pass it by.

Happy Vals Day
Have good clean fun
Enjoy the day, it is just like all the other three hundred and something more to come
Funtastic if you decide that it will be so

The country is red
It is colored red
All I want is a soak in the tub with a Genevieve Magazine
To satisfy my literary work.

What can I say?
Have fun folks

For those who read and don't comment like cousin dearest
God is watching you!
(This is the first time I am using this phrase)

I am going to have fun, party and get home for 9pm
to reflect on the day, the fun that I had and walking in love
365 days

Proud of what I write (always)

So so excited...

Okay!
#2013 Goals
One is about to be accomplished

I pray for God's grace and favour.
I pray for God's peace and rest in me
So I can put my best leg forward and just
say the right things.

A chance to grow
and be all the best I can be
and use everything that God has given me
To create things that have never existed before
Out of my imagination.

I have the craziest imagination on the planet
I pray I give it free rein and make my 2013
one to remember with fond memories
when i am 95.

And schooling my grandkids on how to rule the world
'Just read your bible in the morning and in the night'

Its as simple as that.

'I am confident that I can swim with the sharks'
I have got the Holy Ghost after all!

2. Social media concept to answer needs
3. Write write write
4. Answer questions
5. Meditate on scriptures

Simple enough abi
Now just to keep to it!!!

It matters...

You don't really believe in something until it runs your life. What you believe controls your life.

I really believe in Jesus Christ and His word and His holy Spirit
and He controls my life.
I believe I am led by the Spirit of God.

I am just not sure of what I am doing at this point in time, don't get me wrong, I have a plan I am on right now. I am just not sure if that is the same plan that God has for me.

I must have a clear picture of where I am going and right now, what I see physically is pretty shaky. Is it worth all the stress? and the emotion? and the talkings?
What is everything really worth?

I don't mean in the public eye, I mean behind the scenes, is what I do really worth it? Would God be proud of it? Is it worth my lifeblood?

I feel like I have been playing a charade and yet there is God here.
I am not quite sure what the answer is, but I know that God will lead, He hasn't failed me before.
He will lead
And I will follow

Something true...

Ivan Fernandez Anaya is a hero. Maybe not in the eyes of the media but in my dictionary, he is.

Here's his blog site Ivan Fernandez Anaya
Go and get the full story there. It is a very noble act.

In the light of Lance Armstrong recent confession on Oprah's show that is causing such a hullabaloo  Ivan stands out as a man who carried out a kind gesture even though he could have won at all costs. This is the spirit of sportsmanship and likely the spirit of Christ. He put the needs of the Kenyan man who was black ahead of himself.

He could have been dog-eat-dog but he wasn't, he could have been racist but he wasn't. This is very admirable!
He is only 24 years old but it is not difficult to get a picture of the kind of man he will become, I don't mind my brother and male cousins emulating him. He is noble. Nobility is a virtue to be cultivated, if you don't believe, go read Philippians 4:8.

I followed him on blogger and sent him a note on Facebook, just being me jare!!!

I read 21 of them. I don't feel so terrible anyway, to kill a mocking bird was half finished because the owner wanted his book back. I heard it is very interesting sha, I might buy it online, though. A lot of these English novels are satanic! Or rather their writers are professed satanists. You know I like books a lot so I read my sisters literature book (she studied English so she has lots of books I read when I wasn't working) I was shocked to find that one of my favourite writers (Nora Roberts was a satanists) I promptly stopped reading her books. Stephen King is one, I never even liked him anyway, I hate horror stories. The closest I came to reading horror was Dean Koontz probably an alias.

So I just might not read all of them. I will read some sha. A lot of them were even boring!

The land is green!

The land is green abi?
It's 2013

The year is looking bright for me
A lot of exciting things are happening.

I have done a training. Succeeded in scheduling one for each month so I am committed to developing me career wise, I still am not disciplined in writing every single day. I am going to try to write today sha even if I am tired and if I can't use the laptop, I will use the writing pad and biro at the foot of my bed, so you see I am doing everything necessary to make sure I write.

I am sourcing for a prayer partner who knows that praying is more than just opening your mouth and talking to God, she's female and she's discrete and of course we go to different churches so the chances of conflict arising is that 'little bit' smaller.

I am still waiting to start my businesses, two of them, if it doesn't kick off in January, then it would be February, I want to be responsible the American way. They leave home at 18 you, know. I had bigger dreams for myself. They are still big anyway, I just didn't meet my deadline but I am back on track and I am needing the help of God and the help of the Holy Spirit more.

Those dreams I could achieve myself but the newer dreams, I can only do with the power of God. I notice that I need a little impulsiveness and gusto of the younger me, and less cockiness but a settledness (Is that a word?). Whatever, I want to live my dreams and feel the fulfillment of a life that does more than only what it is told. Where is the innovation?

Whatever, I'm glad I could write something from my heart and not a bunch of rules/new year resolutions or cut and dried stuff; this actually feels alive. I think I have been writing rubbish since.

I want to out dream myself and out-do myself...more later

(Now to connect this stuff so that I can blog from my phone....going going)

N.B. I admire all those old ladies who are intercession peeps, they intercede so much I imagine their face begins to glow from being in the presence of God so much and they have so much understanding and I think it is peace written boldly on their faces. I want to do that some time, participate in intercession, I mean.

My Christmas post...

Lara is having a Christmas giveaway... I pray I win.

So during the service today we were asked to write out our plans and all I can think about is my spiritual goals. It is the same as it was in 2008 but in practice I am sure it would be different.
I am reading two books before the end of 2012.

I am adjust my blog site so that I can post from my blackberry and no I don't add people on social networks to my Blackberry Family, it would spiral my direction out of position and it is my desire to be positioned right always so I guard my associations carefully.

Let me share my spiritual goals:

2 Peter 1:5
...add to your faith:

*Goodness
*Knowledge
*Self-control
*Patience
*Service for God (faithfulness)
*Kindness
*Love

If all these things are in you and are growing, they will help you to be useful and productive in your knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Liebster Award

Ms. Sykik did not give me the Liebster award, I saw it on Hannah's blog and decided to do it because I like these kinds of stuffs. So below are the questions I got.

1.            When was the last time a guy hit on you?
Isn't that a constant K, I live in Lagos, if a girl is pretty you hit on her and see what she says. That is practically everyday so long as you're out.

2.            Who is your favourite blogger and why? ( Any answer different from my name is not allowed)
My favorite blogger is Miss brown. She's retired from blogging, her display of true emotions were too too vivid.

3.            What does the term “life and living” mean to you?
Life means zoe. Since I know what you mean, for me life is bring with family and friends and living my dreams, that is a perfect world; not there yet but I have not given up. I choose to do more than exist. I choose to live the best life there is by the grace of God.

4.            What’s your most prized possession?
I don't have a car yet or a house, my most prized possession is my blackberry, with it I connect to the world, I do business and ministry; I stay connected to my friends who live far away.

5.            How do you unwind?
I read. I watch a movie. I take a bath, dress up, make up and just feel good about myself.
I am not tagging anyone. No questions from me.

"Christian": What it means to me!

2 Peter 1:5-9

Amplified Bible (AMP)
For this very reason, [a]adding your diligence [to the divine promises], employ every effort in [b]exercising your faith to develop virtue (excellence, resolution, Christian energy), and in [exercising] virtue [develop] knowledge (intelligence),
I am not as diligent as I used to be but that glimpse of diligence shows up from time to time. I want to bear rule, it is my desire to reign and to rule on this earth so diligence is it. I exercise my faith when my back is "to the wall". I am sure Jesus would love me to exercise my faith everyday. Have I developed intelligence? I don't think so, that is just a gift from God because of my idiosyncrasies i guess, I love to read so I am always getting new information whether I want to or not.
And in [exercising] knowledge [develop] self-control, and in [exercising] self-control [develop] steadfastness (patience, endurance), and in [exercising] steadfastness [develop] godliness (piety),
Yeah, I have self control, I have had more than enough reason to lose my self-control and I held on to it with all that I had in me, because of God's scheme of things; whatever that may mean. I do have patience and endurance; I had to develop it, i honestly had no choice, if I did; i probably would have remained a spoilt brat but God took me by the hand on this walk and I went with Him kicking and screaming (Wide smile, submission is not easy o, even to God) at first but now I am willing to go the distance, what is the use of living a stupid life, with no purpose? Yeah, you got it!
And in [exercising] godliness [develop] brotherly affection, and in [exercising] brotherly affection [develop] Christian love.
Holiness, that is a gift from God to me, if my mind had a choice, it would probably run wild but I have it on a leash. Brotherly affection, I am on and off. Christian love, let me put it like this, I am willing to love, even though half the time, I want to kick their butts and tell them, I am sure I am better at this than you but I know that but for His grace, I would be only what a lunatic can imagine, God has got my back o!
For as these qualities are yours and increasingly abound in you, they will keep [you] from being idle or unfruitful unto the [[c]full personal] knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed One).
The qualities are mine, are they abounding, only the Holy Ghost knows that. I want to let loose almost all the time and do whatever the heck I feel like. Am I idle and unfruitful? Sometimes, when I don't think it is all worth it, there is so much in me to birth and I just pray that the Holy Ghost helps me and keeps me strong to accomplish His purpose for me.
For whoever lacks these qualities is blind, [[d]spiritually] shortsighted, [e]seeing only what is near to him, and has become oblivious [to the fact] that he was cleansed from his old sins.
My old man is dead. I need to remind myself all the time that the old man is dead, no matter how I feel or act sometimes, I know that man is dead and it is the new man that is operating in me.
That's it!
Yay, it is Christmas, I am excited when I think I can travel and go visit my sister, her husband and her son (He's more my nephew sha). He says hello now. I am so excited just to hear Him speak. If I don't travel this Christmas, God knows I will just be buying unending credit....
No pixes....................

Why my heart sings...

What can I say?

I am not in the business of saying who's the best Christian is or isn't. I don't really care. All I know is that God loves me forever.

I am believing God for a lot of things, a lot of people have a lot to say about it; but i daresay they are not in the equation.
I have been told I have little faith, I have been told I am like an unbeliever and that, that is why God has to show me so many sign. I do not have the strength or the time to argue. I am just glad that God shows up for me. It is humbling and I am really, really grateful to Him.
If they were, I wouldn't get saved, I would go my own way but I don't because God, He and I have a covenant, it is not an arrangement where I can have a convenient relationship with God and excuse it with lame excuses.
Every time I operate in faith, it is beyond the natural, if it was the natural, it wouldn't be called faith, it would be called wishful thinking. So because I am operating in the supernatural, I maintain my position, the God who asked me to take that position hasn't changed His mind, neither will I. I trust Him!
My heart sings when I remember that God loves me!

I have never been the kind of girl that could believe God conveniently, the circumstances of my life did not give me that privilege. What it did give me was a vibrant alive relationship with God.

As for the things that I believe God for, in the natural it would be impossible or I would be expected to behave in a certain way, but I have always believed in the supernatural God. It is the nature in which I gave my life to Christ, I had real life challenges and I do not apologize for the way I came to God, He doesn't mind, I don't get why others would; they are not God.

What I have learnt today...

When you grow in the things of God the first evidence of your spiritual growth is the increase of the love nature of God in you. You walk in love, you can't hold people because of something they did to you or said to you. You can't walk in bitterness, you learn to over look those things. You don't number your enemies.

I am checking myself with it and I think I am good but nope my standards aren't good enough but because I am relating with so many people it is difficult to measure it at all. My strongest weakness: the desire for perfection still rears its ugly head from time to time. I choose humility instead and dodge the desire to prove to myself and others that I am perfect. I don't have to be. This is one of the things I have learnt from being in Christ. I am loved just as I am . So I am free to strive to become the best me; the one that God has created me to be.

I just started walking in love recently. In order to walk in love, I have to choose not to judge her or over-analyze their faults as much as it comes easily to me, for the sake of my peace of mind. I also have to decide to use the word of God for myself and not for pointing fingers at others. I also have to consciously decide that my spiritual life is more important me being the judge over others. I don't always succeed at this. I keep at it though because I choose success over failure. Since I am already a success, I am to enforce what God has said in His word. When I get stuck at thinking too much, I just say, "Father, let your mercy cover me".
I know that I have the nature of love in me so I just let that love flow. I may not have succeeded in not numbering my enemies too, instead I walk gently among them, but carefully because I still don't trust them. But I trust God. I trust that God is in charge of my life and that He is using my life for His glory. My prayer is that as I yield to Him, I continue in fellowship with Him and ignore all the distractions around me. He has given me His word about so many things that sometimes my actions are a display of my lack of trust in Him.

1 Tim 4:15 Meditate upon these things; give thyself wholly to them; that thy profiting may appear to all.
When i ask myself what the secret behind my success story is, I can only tell you that I gave myself to the word of God but then even that is not totally true. It is just the mercy of God but I can tell you that when it came to making decisions, i gave God priority. I put Him first. Sometime I hurt myself to do His will. But do you know what God has the nature of love, no be lie! All that He does and says is actually for you and for Him. He takes care of His business.

Someone said, you will always win so long as you keep standing. If you give in, it is because you did not understand that the devil is a defeated foe. He has no power, don't let other people's experiences or your own convince you otherwise.

God is merciful.
If anyone contests this statement, all I have to say is: try going one day without the mercy of God and see what a wreck you would be. I used to be more self-righteous than anyone else, tis why I laugh at self-righteous people, because they will refuse the grace and mercy of God because they don't need Him.

Excited

I am promoting my page on face book for $4 and even though it is not much, I am interested in seeing the difference. I want to see the improvement in the advertising of my page.

I am still on it. I am spiritually aware. I know who I am in Christ. I am casting off all prejudices and labels. I am who God has made me and I am not ashamed to declare it. Whatever anyone thinks they should either keep to themselves or spend all of that attention they want to give me attending to their own spiritual life.

I have dealt well with the publicity, warranted/unwarranted.

Today is a day of thanksgiving. Chibuzor's birthday is today and it is also an anniversary. I am grateful for God and who He is and how He has revealed Himself to me.

You know before, when people say God is faithful, when I say God is faithful, I just think of all the things He does because He wants to. It is not just about money anymore. I know that I have everything I need in Christ.
If you say prove it: I will just tell you that I walk by faith and not by sight.
My words are backed by deity.

And I am just so overwhelmed by a loving God who cannot be fully comprehended because we cannot put a cap on the degree of mercy He chooses to display on whom He chooses irrespective of anyone else. He works according to His counsel and cannot be questioned. Just glad to be loved by so great a God and that I was considered worthy to be used by Him to show His might and greatness and the degree to which He cannot be predicted.

I am just glad to be the object/person of His love and goodness!

I believe

This is what I do.
My head works this way (Or maybe my spirit).
When I hear any thing or receive any information
(through my ear gate, mouth gate or eye gate)
I cross check it with the word of God.

I know that I am a man and that my body house my five senses
That is the sensory perception
I also know that I am spirit and my spirit houses my spiritual senses
I know that I may receive information through my gates
But I am not ruled by those information
Because I am spirit

It is the information from the word of God that rules me
It gets in through the same gates but it goes to my spirit and not my head
because I am ruled by my spirit.
My spirit dominates my body and my mind
My mind is filled with the word of God so that I operate as God wants

I have the mind of Christ. My mind is dominated by the word of God
Like I said, I am not ruled by the information that comes from this world
because I hail from God.
I have to interact with others and so a lot of times I receive all kinds of information
But I am careful to renew my mind to God's word.
I renew my mind constantly by listening to the word of God

I love the way my mind works. But I prefer it when my spirit takes over.
My spirit does a lot of things that my mind cannot comprehend or explain
But that is how limitations are broken
When you think just human, you will be sorely limited.
Many who are not born again might not understand.
Many who are born again might still not understand
Many who are spirit filled might still not understand
But that is okay, the Holy Ghost understands with me and I follow His leading.

I stopped confessing God's word, I started following the crowd
Why?
I didn't want to be very different
But that was stupid of me
I function in Phronesis and Epignosis

Phronesis: The highest form of wisdom, it is the wisdom of God
Epignosis: The knowledge that causes you to act.

I am different, peculiar, separated and a property and a son of God
It makes me different but I am okay with it
I am loved by God
I matter to Him big time
I am glad that I am loved by Him

Just pondering...

I am thinking about Samson
the one from the bible
There was a way that he shook himself
when he wanted to express the life of God in him.

I wonder how i 'shake myself'
I think i sing, meditate on the word
and just spend some peaceful time with the Holy Ghost.

I ought to do it often
why?
Well because i am a new creation, a different man
I am more what i am on the inside
than this pretty house on the outside that gets all the attention

Any time i spend all the time feeding my externals
I am missing out on the time i can be spending building my inner man
Anyway i plan to enjoy my weekend.

Focus of the weekend: Pleasing God! Walking in love (It is proving difficult because annoying factors are still there, but i believe walking in love is possible so i am going to hang in there).

I am big, so big on the inside, the way God made me!
La la, i will write some more next week!

A blogger annoyed me...

New week
Things are looking up.

Yes
And still,
Some things are annoying.

One annoying atheist blogger just pissed me off.
The most annoying thing is that i can't even remember
what i talked about.
It was one of my busy body moments...

I am just sure that i did not insult him
but he tagged me and claimed i insulted him
I have searched and searched and i can't see the insult
on his timeline or mine.

I was so pissed i blocked him on both my facebook accounts
what i was doing/thinking when i added him as friend i don't know
Well its good riddance to bad rubbish because what could an
atheist teach me anyway and to turn on me suddenly?

Well, i plan to have a good week anyway
and to change a lot of things too!
This is the end of 2012 and i should be removing unbeneficial
individuals from my social networks...

As it is,
I am still walking in love, as i know how and as i am learning
I am still improving, learning to value family and friends
learning to become a better me

Like i said on twitter, i did not change my behaviour
My human spirit was recreated so i am a new creation in Christ
learning who i am and becoming all that God has created me to be!

Sunday Tonic!

"If you go through hell, don't stop, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, i'm going through"

This will never make sense to a logical mind or to a person who has decided to be an atheist or to hate God. God is sovereign and He is the king of the earth. It follows that He is in charge of your life and everything that is going on in it. To think otherwise is to think that you are in charge of your life.

Some people need a flood to over run their homes and towns before they believe in God. That is an error though because James says of the character of God that He gives only good and perfect gifts; that there is no shadow of turning with Him. In His sovereignty He does good to you. His nature is love and in His love for you, He does good always.

So what ever your life looks like today, you can speak the right things into it and recreate your word, if you have surrendered your life to Jesus and are submitted to His lordship.
I believe that I am a god on this earth (psalms 82:6). I am a god on this earth, i am a son of the Most High God. When i speak, the earth arranges itself. I speak and things change, they enter into the position that God desires.

I am done with the picking at you/picking at me, that is for children, i am about gods business, say whatever you want and i do assure that you will have lots that you do not expect to say.
When Benson Idahosa began to believe God and works wonders, many people came from far and wide to see him burn and manifest God. They gathered in groups and talked and plotted, all it did was to cause him to go higher, i assure you, you will have a lot to talk about; i trust God.
So i am going through and i am becoming everything that God wants me to be!

Main Point: I am a god on this earth and when i decree, even if it is like a whisper in my ears, to the kingdom of God, it is a shout and it wrought change.

The ALUU4 Bill...

This song captured my attentionhttp://soundcloud.com/titilope/icarus
It will remind you of the ALUU4 and then every other person who have ever being lynched even though they were innocent. The song is amazing, you know those things i used to dream i would sing when i grew up and learnt to worship. Now i can worship, hum but to sing, nah. God makes the difference!

I just signed today so that they can have justice. Please if you have not signed, go to:

Don't forget to sign. You are standing between the next lynch victim, let's make a law to protect the ordinary Nigerian. Please we need 10,000 signatures, pitch in, invite your friend and family to sign, let's make this happen.
Publicize it!

ALUU Tragedy: Can There Be Any Justice?

ALUU Tragedy: Can There Be Any Justice?

My article on connectnigeria.com

I wrote this on Saturday and i cried when i was writing it. I blamed NANS, Security, the Governor, the President and the police, even the students, the natives and the boy who was owing them the money. I still haven't resolved it but i pray that they would have justice and also that God would comfort the family of the boys so that they would have closure.

I hear from the rumour mills that all the four boys were good Christian boys, i really want to believe it.
Well, read it!

Trust

I have trust issues. I have worked on them, but with things like trust, you have to be working on them time and again. Because just when you think you got all the bases covered a trusted leader or many betray you and then a friend betrays you, and then a colleague stabs you in the back, your work gets sabotaged, you are gossiped about, back bitten (is there a word like that?)

at those times the pain can be so piercing you think you will die, but i guarantee you, you will live, i can say that because i have been there. When i tell my heart, don't trust again, it betrays me itself and trusts yet again

Scriptures say, "To be pure, all things are pure"

The gospel is the truth, it doesn't matter how many experiences you have had God is sovereign! He knows what He is doing and unlike me, He is always right.

I learnt something today, that you ought to pay attention to what the still small voice is telling you in your conscience than in what another person is saying. Focus on the voice of the spirit of God, He knows where He is taking you.

Now that i look at the big picture, even though i cannot see tomorrow, or the Holy Spirit has not shown me anything, i can see that there was never a time that He lost control or was not in charge of what was going on: brings me back to another guarantee:

"All things work together for good for them that love Him and for them who are called according to His purpose". Everything is working together for good and even though i may not see how, i can trust in His unseen hands, that is holding me up and leading me.

Most important of all, i am glad that i don't have to trust in the intelligence in my head because i have the power of the Holy Ghost working for my advantage.

Random...very random!

The Liebster Award takes its name from a German word meaning 'Beloved, Dearest or Favourite.”
The rules:
1. Link back to the person who gave it to you and thank them.
2. Post the award to your blog.
3. Give the award to 5 bloggers with less than 200 followers that you appreciate and value.
4. Leave a comment on the 5 blogs to let them know that they have received this award.
I didn't get the award, i was too lazy to think up any idea to make my afternoon interesting.

I am supposed to write 11 random things about me. I think that is pretty easy.
1. I love to write, i can write about anything, i can write intelligently and i can ramble depending on what i want to do
2. I love to read, i describe myself as a voracious reader, i had to draw the line as describing me as someone who would read anything, i have been known to re-read my books.
3. I am resilient and i have got a mind of my own, used to be very logical, i am diligent, efficient, hard-working and if you aint smart, you could mistake me for a walk-over.
4. My faith is the most important thing to me, i believe in Jesus Christ, i believe in the Holy Spirit, i believe in doing things 100%
5. I hate jokes, i grew up complaining to my siblings that 'you know i hate jokes, stop it now' and anyone who got close to me got scolded for telling a stupid joke which is why it surprising when most of my friends have a sense of human, you'd think my friends would be stoic.
6. I am very loyal to family and friends, everyone else can have the left-overs. lol!
7. I have a dress sense most days, on other days i can just wear a denim and a tee shirt. But my dresses are always good, sorry out of this world, my strong imagination comes to play when i'm picking my clothes.
8. If i had a temperament, i would be melancholy because i am gifted when it comes to writing and i can be funny and smart when i want to.
9. I want to build a career in writing, i am presently writing my book, i have gotten a publisher, they have sent me a deadline, about to immortalize my name by writing a bestseller.
10. I like fried chicken on its own, i just take fries because everyone thinks something should accompany fried chicken
11. I don't give a hoot what anyone thinks about me, even my face may say otherwise. I know who i am, i have been carved, forged in gold so tis almost like i am set in stone. i forgot to mention i have a researchers mind, my brain does not stop moving until it solves a problem at hand.

Vacation pix

Ekenwuan Campus, University of Benin
Strange place for a vacation but i hadn't ever been there and i wanted to see what it looked like. I used to want to go to Uniben to study computer science in 1997, never made it there, dream got truncated and i eventually went to Unilag but they are both good schools.

I thought the lizards were a lil' freaky but i am not fetish, i am united with God, one spirit with Him (1 Cor 6:17)

Okay she's naked, i know!
My sister said a spiritual lady like me shouldn't take pictures with such a statue. Beautiful sculpture but i think her thigh are too muscular even for a guy but she's a statue sha.
Reminds me of me when i am standing on God's word, i am a statue!

i practiced my traditional dance from primary school. i had to practice a couple of time before i got it right, i have a patient photographer because i love pics and no one ever gets it right!

Major random...i think it worked sha!

I think my blog is boring so i went to atilola's blog and stole something she stole off another person, here goes:
Questions from MSTIZZLE
  1. A world without laughter or a world without music? It would never happen, i work with music, i sleep with music on, the only time i put off the music is when i want to pray
  2. What did you never taste, assumed you won’t like but eventually did? Semovita, i knew i would hate banku before i tasted it and i was proved right, no offence to the ghanians on here.
  3. If you won Ten thousand pounds tonight, what would you do with it? Invest. Write a retirement plan, then start living my dream. Now all i do is work!
  4. Who/what made you start blogging? I can't remember her alias but she had 100+ followers and she kept them entertained by blogging every other day, interesting stuff though.
  5. What’s the first mobile phone you had?3310, my dad's old phone and it was a globacom line.
  6. What’s your idea of the perfect date? It will vary, comfort matter more than anything else though.
  7. What’s the craziest thing you’ve done this year? I haven't done anything crazy yet. I have to make sure KBT is not right about me
  8. What 2 quotes/words of wisdom have made the greatest impact on your life? "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. Young Lady, have faith in God. The first is from proverbs, the second is from a dream, a very prophetic dream that turned my life around
  9. Fame or Fortune i.e broke celeb or rich and-you-are? i might choose fame or fortune, it doesn't really matter because imma have both, without trying too hard, i got favour on my side
  10. What’s your love language? Truth

    I do
(What? I have no choice, where are the other questions)

    5. What things do you do for yourself that enriches and nourishes your being? Read, write, i think a lot, its 2nd nature. Daydream (yeah, i do, i dream of what my life can be).

6How do you hold yourself accountable for your poor decisions? I write out new plans and start disciplining myself afresh, which is why i am always constantly developing myself.

    7. Are you able to forgive yourself your humanness and move forward without beating up yourself and getting stuck in the, what should have been, if only I had? I used to be terribly melancholic, the spirit of God has tempered my perfection spirit, now i ask for the spirit of God's help and i try not to take myself seriously all the time

    8. How do you celebrate you, your uniqueness and authenticity? Loud about it, in-your-face, i-dont-care-what-you-think....i think it might be mildly annoying but it is so much better than being a people pleaser.

    9. How do you stay motivated, hopeful and faithful to you, your thoughts, beliefs and ideals? The word of God is my drive

    10. If you were your own parent what would be the one thing you would teach yourself?
I would be more assertive and pushy, sometimes i need a push, but i would always affirm rather than use the old-fashioned way of bullying
    1. If you are doing that which you wish you had learnt earlier how do you plan to pass the  lessons on to another person who may be stuck where you were? I am very closed up, but if you can read between the lines and listen when i talk, and i hardly talk, you will learn a lot.
    2. If you are not doing it, Why aren’t you? I am on a regimen to discipline myself anew, i need it if i intend to succeed
    3. How do you plan to implement it into your daily life? I wrote down a 3 month plan and i try to stick to the time table i have set for myself. When i am on a roll, i can do 2 weeks work in a day and then do nothing for 8 days then i have to hurry to catch you up.

    10. Are you being true to your inner self or are you busy pleasing everybody else? I make sure i don't please others at the expense of my destiny and i have new coaches when it concerns my destiny and how to get there and make the best of all that God has gifted me with.
    • If you are not being true to self, how’s that working for you?
    • Are you happy? I am in a good place, my soul feels happy with what i am doing presently
    • How do you define happiness? Happiness is fulfilling purpose.
    • I can't define it fully but i am coming back to that place where i trust what God is saying...
